We were referred to Charlie and Dava by our close friends in the search of our first home. They were a breath of fresh air from a previous realtor we worked with briefly when we began our search. They took the time to meet with us to get an idea of what we wanted, and from then on were incredibly helpful in finding our new home. Especially for first time buyers, they were very helpful in pointing out the upside as well as downside to each home we saw instead of pushing us to purchase.
